Every answer is screened
Before our AI says a word to you, it is checked against fair housing law and our own rules. If a reply would steer you based on something it is not allowed to, it never reaches you.
Everything is logged
Each interaction is recorded as evidence in an independent ledger. If you ever wanted to know what our tools told you and why, there is a record. Most companies cannot say that about their own software.

The governance layer watches behavior over time, not just a single answer. That is how you catch drift before it ever becomes a problem.
