What “governed” actually means

It is not a badge. It is a system. Here is what it does, in plain terms.

• Every answer is screened. Before our AI says anything to you, it is checked against fair housing law and our own rules. If a reply would steer you based on something it is not allowed to, like family status or religion, it never reaches you.
• Everything is logged. Each interaction is recorded as evidence in an independent ledger. If you ever wanted to know what our tools told you and why, there is a record. Most companies cannot say that about their own software.
• It is monitored, not set-and-forget. The governance layer watches behavior over time, not just one answer. That is how you catch drift before it becomes a problem.
